Have you ever seen someone who's super fit and goes to the gym all the time and wonder... "how the heck do they stay so motivated!?"
Well it's not motivation, everyone has those days where they would rather hit the snooze button a million times before getting up for the gym!
You don't need motivation.. you need to have goals set in place and figure out WHY you want to achieve those goals. I'm not talking about just saying well I want to lose the weight! WHY do you want to lose the weight? How are you going to feel after you lose those pounds?
Motivation will come and go. You can find it by scrolling through the internet and looking at other women kicking butt in the gym, but what is that doing? Motivating you to achieve YOUR goals. Because you might want to look a certain way like she does. So just tune in with your why.
Every time you don't feel like going to the gym just ask yourself, am I going to get where I want to be if I DON'T go. If sitting around watching Netflix is more important than your goals, you need to find a bigger why.
